7-Day Return Window
- Eligibility: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unused condition and packaging. The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- Condition: As we carefully check each item before delivery, we do not accept returns for items that have been damaged after receipt.
- Approval Process for Expensive Items: For higher-value items, we send you a video for your approval before dispatch. Once approved, these items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect that we failed to identify.
No Returns for Change of Mind

Exchange & REFUND Policy

Exchange Process
- No Cash or Bank Transfers: We do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers for exchanges. Instead, we will issue a voucher equal to the value of the item you wish to exchange.
- Voucher Use: The voucher will be valid for 7 days from the date of issue. You must use the voucher within this period to make a purchase of equivalent value.
How to Initiate an Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@badshahbegum.com or contact customer support. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a voucher for the equivalent amount.
Voucher Validity
- Valid for 7 Days: The exchange voucher must be used within 7 days of being issued. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be used for future purchases.
- Equivalent Value: The voucher must be used for a purchase of the same value. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
